Service Description: This cached image basemap service features color infrared (CIR) aerial photography acquired by the Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources (DNR), Division of Forestry. Flights were contracted between 2013 and 2024 and collected 4-band, 18”, peak fall, stereo imagery. The entire state is covered on an 8-year rotation as conditions allow. For more information or product specifications, contact the WI DNR Division of Forestry.
2010 Landsat Enhanced Thematic Mapper Plus (ETM+) imagery displays at map scales smaller than 1:760,000. That data was downloaded from the USGS Global Visualization Viewer (GloVis) for use as a small-scale image backdrop for WDNR image services.
