Pending Changes represent the state’s proposed updates to the Clean Water Act Impaired Waters ("303d") List. These waters are identifed based on the Wisconsin Consolidated Assessment and Listing Methodology (WisCALM), which specifies how water conditions are derived. These impairment listings are managed in the Water Assessment, Tracking and Electronic Reporting System (WATERS) and are developed for the Clean Water Act (305(b)) and 303(d)) Integrated Reporting for the Clean Water Act Water Quality Report to Congress. |
