The map and data tools find and add information to the map.

Open a navigation window so that you can find and add a shapefile to the map. |

Open a navigation window so that you can find and add a comma-delimited spreadsheet (CSV) with data to the map. |

Open the Print Map dialog box where you can select the Layout, Output Format, Resolution, and Scale to print the map. |

Open a wizard in the Home Panel so that you can first select the layers, second choose the area, and third select the format into which to output the data. |

Open the Export a Map Image dialog box and select the image format that you want to export the map into. |

Open the same wizard as the Extract Layers tool so that you can select the data layers to extract, define the area and the format for the data, and then email the package. |
