To access Rock Lake from the Mill Pond launch, it requires a small or low profile boat since you must pass under the Bartles Beach footbridge. The boarding dock, and route of travel to it, is ADA accessible. The daily fee is $7.00 for city and non-city residents and $10.00 for non-state residents. The annual for city residents is $25.00, $50.00 for non-city residents and $75.00 for non-state residents (2015 rates). Users would need to back off of Veterans Lane to access the launch.
