There is no turnaround at the launch. Users would need to back 240' from the tight turnaround, prior to the residences. Slow no wake hours posted at launch. The route of travel (surface material) to the boarding dock is not ADA accessible (6/12/2014). The launch is concrete planks to gravel. Parking is along the sides if 12th Lane.
